Description:
The Installations program of the Museum of Glass offers artists and audiences the opportunity to experiment with and experience a full range of media in the visual arts. Artistic interpretations of this scale ensure a Museum experience that will be engaging a meaningfull.
This DVD documents the production of these installations, from initial design, through creative process, to finished project. It includes interviews with the artists as they created and installed their works of art at the Museum. Includes all five inaguaral installations: Incidence, 2002 - Buster Simpson; Remorse Reconstructed, 2002 - Remann Hall Women's Porject; The Glass Kingdom, 2002 - Gronk; Call of the Wild, 2002 - Patrick Dougherty; Blackbird in a Red Sky (aka Fall of the Blood House), 2002 - Mildred Howard
